Send Outlook, iMessage, and Teams notes via Claude computer use
Claude · Sales, Marketing, Founders & operators · checked 2026-11-02
Growth operator Prasid’s Substack narrates a three-hour Claude Cowork computer-use session after native Outlook and iMessage connectors were blocked by IT. With Chrome extension, screen recording, and accessibility enabled, Claude opened the Outlook desktop app, composed, and sent an email to his wife; later it found an iMessage thread and sent a text to a friend; then it opened Microsoft Teams, drafted a note to an IT admin asking about Claude permissions, paused for approval, and sent. The same evening Claude drafted a Substack post from Wispr voice notes and pasted it into the browser editor. The author points the pattern toward coordinated outbound email, LinkedIn, and SMS once guardrails are clear.
