Surgeon and founder Christian Pean describes a Claude Cowork “Jarvis” system of scheduled tasks that finishes before clinic. By 5 a.m. Claude has triaged Gmail, prepped calendar meetings, color-coded stale HubSpot deals, scanned CMS and Federal Register updates, and pulled orthopedic trauma and clinical AI literature into an interactive dashboard with draft emails and action items. MCP connectors reach Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Granola transcripts, HubSpot, and Brex. Roughly twenty weekly tasks span clinical, company, policy, academic, and personal pillars, including grocery lists tied to the next week’s calendar. He later packaged the prompts as a Jarvis Builder configurator with persona libraries and a mega interview that exports a deployable schedule.
