Anthropic’s Introducing Claude Duet article describes early access for small business owners. Amin Ebrahimi, owner of Shahs of Kabob in South Florida with about 110 employees, has used Claude Duet for accounting, customer support, and marketing, and has worked through his invoices store by store. He said it brings it all together and that he does not need to open up 100 tabs. Claude Duet is a proactive agent that briefs you every morning, drafts next steps, takes on tasks of all sizes, keeps working while you are away, and waits for your ok when it matters. It can check QuickBooks or Stripe for unpaid invoices and draft reminders, and flag what needs you in your inbox and calendar.
