Quick Overview This workflow watches a Google Drive folder for new meeting recordings, transcribes them with EmpirioLabs AI, generates structured meeting notes with an EmpirioLabs AI chat model, and emails the notes and full transcript to recipients via Gmail. How it works Triggers every few minutes when a new file is created in a specified Google Drive folder. Checks the file type and size and skips anything that is not an audio/video file or exceeds the configured size limit. Downloads the recording from Google Drive and sends it to EmpirioLabs AI to generate a transcript. If transcription fails or the transcript is too short, sends a failure notice to the recipients via Gmail. Sends the transcript to an EmpirioLabs AI chat model to produce meeting notes as a JSON object (title, summary, decisions, action items, and open questions).
